Due to the perishable nature of our functional chocolates, we generally do not accept returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied, we are committed to making it right.
Return Process

Email our customer experience team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Evidence
If your Tabs arrived melted or damaged, please attach a photo of the product and packaging to help us improve our shipping process.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, your replacement will be shipped immediately via expedited mail, or your refund will be processed back to your card within 5-7 business days.
